Xbox Wire credits Tori Kelly and Satoshi Fujihara, the frontman of the Japanese band Official HIGE DANdism, with writing it. Who sings the theme song?

Four performers share it: the American rapper Snoop Dogg, the singer and pianist Satoshi Fujihara of Official HIGE DANdism, the Japanese singer Ado and the American singer Tori Kelly. Xbox Wire credits the writing to Kelly and Fujihara. AUTOMATON reported that the song was shown in the Cast and Story Reveal Trailer in May 2026. Tupac Shakur, who plays Amaru from archival footage, is not credited on the song; see Tupac Shakur as Amaru.

Can you stream the theme song?

Not as of the last reports read. In September 2026 the song was on no streaming service, and producer Hiroyuki Sakamoto told PCGamesN it would come "at the proper time". SEGA then said in September that it would be released in 2026, Anime News Network reported on Sep 16. No release date or streaming link had been announced as of Nov 3, 2026.

The vinyl

The Collector's Edition includes a 12-inch vinyl with the main theme and other tracks, SEGA of America announced on Jun 5, 2026. The full track list has not been published. RGG Studio has done this before: in 2024 it pressed the Like a Dragon karaoke anthem "Baka Mitai" on wine-red vinyl.

The Deluxe Edition includes a record player that plays music from each era at your home base, SEGA wrote on Jun 17, 2026; Steam lists it as an in-game soundtrack. Which songs it holds has not been published.

Licensed music

0:10 The trailer SEGA made with Toei during Tokyo Game Show 2026, styled after the film series Battles Without Honor and Humanity, used music from those Toei films by agreement with Toei, Bleeding Cool reported on Sep 19, 2026.
